Custom and personalized orders

I accept custom order request, both for color and design layout. I will try my best to accommodate your request for a custom design. All custom design and color changes, font changes, etc. must be put in the note to seller when you check out, even if we have discussed it in the email or elsewhere. I can not hunt down custom requests in messages received as there are too many buyers and too many orders. To insure your outfit is made just the way you want, please include all information in the note to seller.
Please note custom and rush orders are NOT eligible for cancellation.

Personalization

Personalization is part of the outfit and there is no additional charge for this service.. Custom order and/or personalized orders can not be canceled once production starts , NO cancellation on RUSH ORDERS and no personalized order can be returned/refunded. If there is an error in the design or outfit please contact me immediately and be prepared to supply photos of the defects/errors etc. so that I can work out a solution for you. I want you to be happy with your purchase so please report any problem promptly.

Sizing details

These are custom made outfits, not premade and are not sized the same as the store bought clothing. I ask that you give me your childs age, current weight and waist size if you have it. A recent picture can also help as all 20lb babies are not the same size! The size ranges in my listings are there for comparison. You will get a much better fit if I have all the information I request to make the outfit just right. My onesies and t shirts run big and do not shrink when washed. There is no need to order up a size bigger as it will just make the outfit too big. If you insist on a larger size and after you receive the outfit it doesn't fit please understand it is not returnable.

Care instructions

Onesies and t- shirts are machine washable. Pretreat any stain and launder as usual . If your design has delicate fabrics in the applique the item may need to be hand washed. If you have questions just ask.
Tutus are spot clean only. Hold a clean cloth under the stain and dab with a wet cloth, you can rub gently but do be careful.

Shipping

Shipping is done by Priority Mail & Priority Express Mail through USPS. Items are shipped after production, delivery time is production time plus 3-5 days unless you have arranged for Express Service then the delivery time is express production time plus 1-2 days, the delivery date is guaranteed by the post office I can only guarantee the date I ship the package. It is up to the post office to deliver on time. I can not be responsible for postal delays and there are no refunds in the case of late delivery.

I ship all tutu outfits in a large box to avoid crushing the tutu. I pack them carefully and ship as soon as they are finished. Please make sure to order early.

Will my order be exactly like the picture?

Due to the custom nature of my products, no two items will be exactly the same. Ribbon, fabric, thread, and embellishments may vary per item depending on their availability. I try to make each outfit a little bit unique just for your baby. Sometimes fabrics, specialty ribbons or tulle colors are no longer available and must be substituted. Also, because the fabrics I use, the tulle and the ribbon all come from different suppliers the colors will not be an exact match. One supplier's idea of hot pink may be another supplier's bubblegum pink. I try to match as closely as possible but please be aware there are variations in color.

Returns and Exchanges

All of the items in my shop are custom made and personalized with the name of your choice. They are not mass produced or pre-made. These item are not eligible for return or exchange. Please make sure of the size and design you order. Ask as many questions as you need to make certain the order is as you want it. Changes can be made to the size, style or design up until the item goes to production. If there is a defect in the order or an error, please contact me immediately so that I can resolve the issue. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do everything in my power to fix whatever the problem is. But I can't do that unless you communicate with me.

Can I get my order sooner than scheduled?

Because everything in my shop is custom made to order your delivery date is set at the time your order is placed. If we have discussed a specific delivery date,that is the date your order scheduled for. If not then your order will be processed & handmade according to my current turnaround time. Once the order has been scheduled it is very difficult to change it to an earlier date. I have scheduled your order for production & reserved a specific block of time to make your order. Your order is one of several in my production schedule, changing one order affects every other order in the schedule. This is not easily done, so please make sure of your event date before you order. It is much easier to reschedule the photo shoot.

Custom and personalized orders

I do accept custom orders also rush orders but because rush orders go immediately into production they are not eligible for cancellation. Please understand that this is the only way rush orders can be handled to arrive by the earlier delivery date.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are possible and are accepted as my schedule permits. If you place a rush order and it is accepted the order goes immediately into production so that I can meet your earlier delivery date. Rush orders are NOT eligible for cancellation. The only way they will be canceled is if I can not meet the delivery date due to prior order commitments. If you place a rush order and I can not meet the delivery date your order will be canceled and you will receive a cancelation notice.
