I have been making and selling these outfits for over 9 years. I started selling on Etsy in 2012. I made the decision to go with a stand alone website to help keep costs down and offer better service to my customers. 

I accept both PayPal and credit cards through PayPal by Braintree so your payments are secure and have the backing of PayPal customer satisfaction and resolution. 

I also accept buy now pay later through both PayPal and Affirm. These are both interest free payment plans.   

 

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping on all Domestic Orders within the United States of America and it's territories. The free shipping offer is standard shipping and does not apply to rush orders. The rush order fee will cover upgraded shipping on domestic orders only.

International Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note: Free Shipping DOES NOT apply to International Shipping. International shipping rates apply and will be determined at the time of the order. If you choose economy/ standard international shipping there is no guarantee on the time it takes to arrive.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Returns Policy

Items that are custom made to order and/or personalized, are not eligible for returned or exchanged.  In the case of a manufacturing defect or mistake on my part please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item to discuss the nature of the defect and the return of the item. Defects and /or errors will be fixed or replaced. There are no refunds on these items. 

Please Contact Us with in 24 hours with your order number and details about the product with the defect. We will respond quickly to discuss the issue. Any potential returns must be in new, unworn condition, any approved refund will not be processed until the item is returned. If a replacement is scheduled rather than a refund you will not need to wait for returns to receive the replacement.

Non custom or non personalized items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all postage is paid by the buyer.
