The outfit it self is absolutely beautiful. It is exactly what I asked for and even better than I expected. If it was possible I'd give this item 20 stars. The reason its only getting 3 stars is because of the lack of customer service. I ordered the outfit at the beginning of February, the ship out date was April 10. I contacted the shop owner about a week later when I noticed that it was not shipped out yet, she responded and informed me that she was waiting on the fabric to make the hat. I would think that she would of started working on the hat way before the ship date to make sure it was done on time. I had to contact the shop owner at least 5 times after to get a status, she was very short and rude. I finally received the item May 21st, over a month and a half later.
