This is a charming Mermaid 2nd birthday outfit perfect for any little girl's 2nd birthday party. Our mermaid outfit  is meticulously hand made by me in a smoke-free/pet-free home from soft 100% cotton fabrics. All seams are back stitched for extra strength and durability.  You can add a matching hair bow in your choice clip or headband, just add it to your cart along with the outfit. Matching bloomers are available, but not included or shown in this picture. They come eyelet lace trim and an embroidered birthday design, the fabric is 100% cotton material is incredibly soft and breathable for a sensitive baby's delicate skin.
